We’re committed to helping your family grow. That’s why every Cofertility fresh egg donation match comes with our Embryo Guarantee:
- Intended parents are guaranteed at least two blastocyst-stage embryos.

Every Cofertility donor goes through an initial round of screening before being listed on our platform. This includes:
- Confirming the donor is 21–33 years old (per ASRM guidelines)
- Reviewing the donor’s medical, mental health, reproductive, and lifestyle history
- Reviewing the donor’s biological family’s medical history for genetic risks and conditions
- Collecting and reviewing any prior donation history and outcomes
