Fresh Egg Donation with Cofertility

Pre-qualified donors complete their screening and retrieval after you match, giving you the flexibility to have your preferred clinic oversee the cycle, the opportunity to meet your donor beforehand, and the advantage of creating embryos immediately from fresh eggs.

Why Cofertility?

Whether fresh or frozen egg donation is right for you will depend on your goals and preferences – that’s why we offer both. Here are some of the key reasons intended parents choose fresh egg donation with Cofertility:

Pricing and guarantee

With a fresh match, costs include Cofertility’s Match Initiation Fee, Coordination Fee, and third-party expenses like legal, genetic counseling, and clinic fees.

We’re committed to helping your family grow. That’s why every Cofertility fresh egg donation match comes with our Embryo Guarantee:

  • Intended parents are guaranteed at least two blastocyst-stage embryos.
  • If anything outside of your control prevents you from reaching this, we will rematch you at no additional Cofertility Coordination Fee until that minimum is met, up to three total matches.

For a more detailed pricing breakdown and full guarantee details, visit our pricing page.

How it works

If you are interested in matching with a donor participating in our fresh egg donation program, here’s how the process works:
Get Started

1

Create a free account

Simply answer a few questions about what you’re looking for to get immediate access to our donor matching platform at no cost.

2

Browse donors

You’ll be able to view profiles for the hundreds of donors that are available to match. At any time, you can also schedule a free consultation with a member of our team so that we can help you find your fit. At the top of every donor profile, it notes whether she’s available for a fresh or frozen donation cycle.

3

Find your match

When you find a donor with whom you’d like to match, press the “hold this match” button at the top of their profile. From there, you’ll be directed to pay your Match Initiation Fee, which will remove the donor from the platform so no other intended parents can match with her while we confirm details with all parties.

4

Mutual match confirmation

Shortly after you place a hold on a match, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Member Advocate who will be with you through the process end-to-end. They’ll reach out to set up a kickoff call, during which you’ll go over the details of the process and confirm your match preferences. The donor will go through the same process to ensure a mutual match all around.
